After reading and identifying with the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki in 2001, Mr. Samuel Weaver knew that he had to make some major changes in his life. As an educated man, he had already begun his great career as an educator in the public school system, though he knew that the path of the employee would limit him to the amount of freedom and wealth that he could accumulate for himself and his young family.

After exploring areas of small business, finance, and real estate, he found his passion in real estate investing. Early on he struggled to figure out the mystery of the business, but caught a lucky break along the way. He was introduced to his first mentor by chance and held on tight as they purchased hundreds of properties inside and outside of California creating cash flow opportunities for themselves and other investors. Mr. Weaver credits this mentor who taught him the art of negotiation and the sales process.

In 2007, Mr. Weaver continued to fulfill his passion by expanding his knowledge in the business. As such, he earned his insurance and real estate brokers licenses as well as his master’s degree.

2008 marked one of the greatest real estate crashes in history. It also created a wonderful opportunity to purchase cheap properties, fix them up, and sell them for sizable profits! Through a friend, Mr. Weaver met his second mentor who had been flipping actively for over 20 years. The two hit it off and joined forces. Together along with another partner they began to flip as many properties as they possibly could.

The opportunity was amazing and they didn’t waste any time. Sam decided to break off in late 2011 to create Fortune Weavers Inc. His vision was to create a real estate investment company geared towards educating people on strategies in real estate investing and wealth building.

Having been an educator, financial advisor, and real estate investor, with hundreds of completed transactions, he felt compelled and qualified to help and mentor others. His first mentor made him promise that he would pay it forward, so now Mr. Weaver and his team are following through on this promise with their low cost approach to educating others.
